The rose aroma is the result of this terroir along with experienced processing. It is interesting to compare this tea with our Cha Wang, Gold Medal, or other Jin Mu Dan’s to see the range of aromas this cultivar can create.

Made by Shi Liqiang, an Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor and 7th generation of the Shi Family. The Shi Family goes back to Shi Guangling, who was one of the first producers of Panyong Congou. A statue of Shi Guangling can be found in Tanyang Village, next to the family's preserved Qing Dynasty tea factory. Interviews with the Shi Family will be published in our upcoming documentary.

Suggested brewing: 5g in a 100ml porcelain vessel, boiling spring water
