A rare cultivar, Yangmei Ye is known for its unique aftertaste, which presents in the cheeks and is slightly sour and refreshing. This one is made from 60 year old bushes in Zhong Xin Yan Village on Wudong Mountain. Somewhat of an acquired taste, it’s recommended for those wanting to try something different from other common dancong varieties. We suggest trying different brew methods for this one in addition to typical Chaozhou style brewing. We often prefer brewing this tea with low ratios.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0600/1560/7871/files/AAF7A559-9725-4BB1-9656-B28AF8D7A15C.jpg?v=1770134150
