This is a Hongni (red clay) shuiping teapot from Yixing Factory 1. It has a rarer 14-hole filter, indicating it was likely part of a batch exported to Japan in the late 1970s. There is a small chip on the rim (pictured) which does not affect use. Otherwise it is in good condition.

Please accept the usual craft imperfections in teapots of this age, such as a looser lid fit, natural kiln cracks, tooling marks etc.
