This tea is packed in its original hand-wrapped paper packaging, as seen in the video below. Each package is about 125 grams.

Situated in the Sheung Wan district of Hong Kong Island, Fukien Tea has been operating for over 70 years. They are known for heavily roasted teas such as this Shui Xian, which they roast in-house for up to 60-70 hours. In the past they roasted with charcoal, while nowadays they use electric ovens. We suggest brewing short infusions with a high leaf-to-water ratio.
