Collection: Minnan (Southern Fujian)

Minnan teas are mostly oolong teas from Southern Fujian. Oolongs from here are very mellow, refreshing, and aromatic, the result of relatively lower elevation growing areas and the intensive withering and shaking steps of Minnan processing. Famous examples include Tie Guan Yin and Zhangping Shui Xian, as well as Yongchun Foshou and Yongchun Shui Xian. For a look at life on a Minnan tea farm see our video.
