A mellow and sweet heirloom Tanyang Cai Cha made by the Li Family according to their processing style. This tea is a fine example of the green apple-like aroma of Tanyang Cai Cha, hence the name ping guo xiang (apple fragrance).

Suggested brewing: 7g per 100ml in a porcelain vessel with flash steeps. The tea liquor becomes even sweeter when left to cool.
