One of the three teas included in the Producer Set, this tea is made by Zeng Puyu, who is the only female producer among the 41 intangible cultural heritage producers in Zhangping. Her unroasted teas have a distinctive style of slightly heavier oxidation and tighter rolling, resulting in a milky aroma followed by robust osmanthus sweetness. Her tea cakes are also compressed a bit tighter in the wooden moulds during the pressing step, making them more durable over many steeps. You can use shorter infusions when brewing this one. 

Each tea cake is 8-10 grams. We recommend brewing as the locals do in Zhangping: steeping a whole cake in a 100ml-120ml gaiwan.

Note: this tea was previously named 'Zhangping Shui Xian' and has been renamed to distinguish it from this producer's other teas.
