Origin: Anjiao Village, Phoenix Mountains, Guangdong

Cultivar: Mi Lan Xiang (Honey Orchid Fragrance)

A full roast Mi Lan Xiang suitable for regular drinking. Picked in Spring 2023 from 40-year-old bushes in Anjiao Village, this tea has since undergone three rounds of charcoal roasting with periods of rest in between. The roast complements the honey-sweetness and woody notes of the base material, and provides a smooth texture. While we suggest Chaozhou brewing at a 1g/10ml ratio, feel free to try lower ratios and longer steeping times.
