Each tea cake is 8-10 grams, individually boxed and vacuum sealed for freshness.
'High mountain' is a relative term. This tea is sourced from one of the highest elevation farms in Zhangping at around 800 metres. Crafted by an Intangible Cultural Heritage producer, it is very floral and milky with a sweet, refreshing aftertaste. Sharing the same processing style as our Traditional Zhangping Shui Xian, it's interesting to try these two side-by-side to taste the differences in terroir. We recommend brewing as the locals do in Zhangping: steeping a whole cake in a 100ml-120ml gaiwan. If you prefer a lighter tea, you can break a cake in half.
