Panyong Congou Tradition and Innovation

This set contains two introductory teas that represent the Traditional and Innovative types of Panyong Congou. The Traditional type uses the 'gongfu' black tea processing method and the heirloom Tanyang Cai Cha varietal. The Innovative or New Technique type uses the shaking (yaoqing) step from oolong processing and oolong cultivars such as Jin Mu Dan.
