Each tea cake is 8-10 grams, individually boxed and vacuum sealed for freshness.

Sourced directly from the birthplace of this tea type, this Zhangping Shui Xian is a higher end reference for this unique style of oolong tea. Crafted by an Intangible Cultural Heritage producer, this tea reflects the classic taste of Zhangping Shui Xian, with a mixed floral and fruity aroma, and a cooling, refreshing aftertaste. Sharing the same processing style as our High Mountain Zhangping Shui Xian, it's interesting to try these two side-by-side to taste the differences in terroir. We recommend brewing as the locals do in Zhangping: steeping a whole cake in a 100ml-120ml gaiwan. If you prefer a lighter tea, you can break a cake in half.
