A unorthodox Zhangping Shui Xian with a unique aroma. Most examples of Zhangping Shui Xian have an orchid or white daffodil aroma. This one has an aroma like the yellow daffodil flower instead, which is stronger and more like jasmine. With less than 5kg of raw leaf harvested, we can only offer 2-cake samplers. Made by a small household outside the core production area. We recommend brewing as the locals do in Zhangping: steeping a whole cake in a 100ml-120ml gaiwan.
