Panyong Congou
In April and May 2026 we filmed a documentary (coming soon) about Panyong Congou, a historic red tea from Fu'an, Fujian Province. We sourced some 2025 teas which are available now. 2026 teas will be available in June.
Zhangping Shui Xian
In May 2025 we filmed a documentary about Zhangping Shui Xian, the only traditionally compressed oolong tea in China. This documentary introduces this tea, containing interviews with farmers and experts. We also made a video observing the production process.
