Situated in the Sheung Wan district of Hong Kong Island, Cheung Hing has been selling tea since 1932. This blended Tie Luo Han is one of their representative teas. It contains aged material which complements the relatively high roast. We suggest brewing a whole 8g packet with a small vessel for a high leaf-to-water ratio.
