Chaoshan

Chaoshan encompasses the cities of Chaozhou, Shantou, and Jieyang in Eastern Guangdong. This area is famous for Fenghuang Dancong, its local cuisine, as well as being the birthplace of the gongfu tea tradition. For more on Chaoshan tea culture see our video.
