Each tea cake is 8-10 grams.
This is a classic Zhangping Shui Xian for everyday, with the typical orchid, milk, and osmanthus aromas of this tea type. It is made by Zeng Puyu, who is the only female producer out of the 41 intangible cultural heritage producers in Zhangping. This year, Zeng Puyu won 1st place in the annual Tea King competition's roasted tea category, sharing the prize with Chen Zongqin's Award-Winning Zhangping Shui Xian.
We recommend brewing as the locals do in Zhangping: steeping a whole cake in a 100ml-120ml gaiwan. If you prefer a lighter tea, you can break a cake in half.
